Wrapped Lumber Load Generator

Generate custom lumber wrappers for your model train. Find or create a logo and add it select it. The default values work well but you can customize it to extend the use of your material further.

Instructions:

1. Select the image and set the spacing between images. The image does not have to be square or very large. 150 pixels tall has worked well for me in HO scale. All dimensions are in the scale selected.
2. Print in landscape mode on carstock paper. Optionally print double sided and flip along long edge otherwise transfer the lines through the paper with a knife.
3. Score grey along horizontal lines.
4. Score along the vertical grey lines of your choice for your selected lengths. Each grey line is 2 feet apart. Score the first 2 lines the move over the length of your lumber and score the next 3 lines. Move over again and repeat until the end of the page.
5. Cut along the red horizontal lines.
6. Cut along the middle of the 3 scored vertical lines on each of the cut strips.
7. Fold the top down on the end and fold the end pieces over the end.
